Tradescantia sillamontana Matuda is a low-growing plant with fleshy stems that hold dull olive-green to gray-green leaves, sometimes blushed purple and covered with cobwebby silver-white hairs. It grows up to 18 inches(45 cm) tall, and it is one of the most succulent and most attractive species of the genus Tradescantia. The new stems are also covered with silver-white hairs, so the plant appears quite silver. Magenta flowers have three petals crowded into the terminal leaf axils. They appear in summer.🌸 T.
