Willow cuttings

Fast growing willow varieties. I mainly have sallix Viminalis which is a hybrid and extremely fast growing. It is excellent as a hedge and wind break. It is also brilliant for firewood which is what I use it for predominantly. At the moment I am cutting down 6 year old trees which are producing impressive logs. I also have some sallix Daphnoides which is purple and sallix alba which is yellow. Both these are more ornamental but still fast growing. They are very good for basket making and also hedging and firewood My cuttings are approx 12 inches long and from last years growth which means that they will almost without Fail root when planted. €35 for 50 cuttings €60 for 100 cuttings €100 for 200 cuttings Postage to anywhere in Ireland €7.
