Tree house/shed

"Tree house" built for the kids just a few years ago, it's a steel structure cladded externally with shiplap timber that has been treated with preservative. The roof is corrugated iron thats painted green. The house is built on steel legs raising the base to around 5 ft off the ground, these can be removed if necessary. The access is through a stairs that goes up through the floor to a lockable door if needed to secure pets inside. There is a table and chairs inside that can go with it also. This may be suitable for a kids play house, pet shed, coffee dock conversion or something similar. It is 8 ft by 8 ft in size and is in excellent condition.
