The club has gained a sparkling reputation among the GAA community in Philadelphia for its charitable work. In 2013, Kevin Barry GFC was able to up its game when Philadelphia got its own football field. Kevin Barry has experienced a dry spell in terms of national-level victories in the last ten years. The last time the club won a North American championship was in 2007, and they last won a Philadelphia championship in 2011.
