A Fender semi-acoustic guitar. Model is: CD140SCE NAT. Serial number is: 09015531 It is Made in accordance to specifications of Fender Musical Instruments Corp USA. It states it is Manufactured in China. Though it is probably not. I would think it is made in the USA. It has a dreadnought body with a cutaway. The front is in a gloss natural finish and the back, sides, and head are in a gloss brown finish. It has a green transparent pick-guard. It has a strap holder and jack in one. It has new steel strings. It has a FISHMAN pick-up with tuner, controls, and 9 volt battery. It has a hard case with leftover strings and a Millenium stand. It will suit a good player.
