Includes : - 6ft Olympic 15kg Barbell - Bench press - Iron weights + clips 2x 1.25 kg 2x 2.5 kg 2x 5 kg - 8.75 kg per side (17.5 kg total) which including the 15kg barbell would be max 32.5 kg in total with provided weights, great for beginners.
