Altitude training system

Individual portable altitude systems are designed to simulate desire altitude in the comfort of a user’s home, in club or even in sport preparations, especially at sea-level, where athletes can easily use the most popular altitude training metod “TRAIN-LOW, SLEEP HIGH” and can take advantage of the positive properties of both worlds, the lowlands and the altitude. Portable altitude training system consist of altitude generator (hypoxic – hyperoxic), which is actually two generators in one, and in addition to altitude simulation – altitude training also allows the use of oxygen – oxygen therapy or oxygen training and accessories that determine the type of altitude training or oxygen training: Altitude Sleeping, Altitude Exercise, IHT – Intermittent Hypoxic Training, Oxygen Therapy or EOWT- Exercise with Oxygen Therapy. Only 55 hours of training were done on the generator.
