Clearing out the shed of now unused weights (all iron except 2 of the 20Kg) with Squat racks (used for squat and Bench press) with heavy dutiy flat bench. All for 1" bar 30 x 5kg = 150kg (iron) 13 x 10kg = 130kg (iron) 4 x 20 kg = 80kg (2 x iron, 2 x cast something paid 100 for them though) 8 x 2.5gk = 20 kg (iron) 2 x 2kg = 4kg (iron) 18 x 1.25 = 22kg (iron) 10 x .5kg = 5kg 410 KG in total 3 5ft bar all with spindle locks 7 Dumbell bar 6 with spindel locks (spare dumbell different size 5kg iron weights) Squat Rack Bench (few spare bar locks have to have a root for them) Going rate seems to €2.00 per kg, but rather than sell separately (not an option) may take a realistic offers.
