Acupressure mat and pillow

I'm selling my shakti mat as i was so impressed with it I decided to go for the next level up. This is a great product for relieving tension and improving sleep. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Its like you can have a massage at home any time you want. I really found this helped me relax before bed and as a result helped me get to sleep. I only had this for a couple of months and then I decided to go for the next level up. This is the original which is medium strength. This is original shakti mat there are cheaper copies are available but these are the best quality ones. You can also purchase a heated pad for around €30 and slide it into the matt so u can have heat as well.
