UCC research on Vitamin D in older adults: Looking for volunteers aged 65+ to eat our bread!

Hi! I work with the Cork Centre for Vitamin D and Nutrition Research at UCC and we are currently running a study, funded by the Department of Agriculture, Farming and Marine, to investigate vitamin D fortified foods in older adults. We are looking for healthy volunteers aged 65 and over for this study to consume bread (white and wholemeal) for 10 weeks over the winter period. This bread is baked in the UCC bakery and will be provided free of charge to volunteers that sign up to the study. The study would involve two visits to UCC to go through some questionnaires and have a blood sample taken. Please send me a message if you would like more information on signing up to this study.
