Rinnai HD50 hot water heater

Rinnai HD50 hot water heater. This unit can easily provide over 35 litres of instant hot water per minute. The temperature can be adjusted as needed. It comes complete with a galvanised chimney and gas connection. It works off propane gas but I'm unsure if it works on natural gas or not. This unit has been providing my washing machines in a laundrette with hot water and has never once let us down or caused a day's trouble. Laundrette is closed hence the sale but there is still plenty of years use left in this unit as it has always been serviced accordingly. Ideal for laundrettes, b and b or guest house due to its capability to provide high levels of instant hot water.Thanks for looking
