This means that the pump is more discreet than other pumps. I've worn this on the school run, while opening the front door and left it in place while power pumping and just took out the tubes when needed. Original box included as well as the manual that came in it. In the box there is the pump, a strap for around your neck, two collectors with 21mm and 24mm flanges, tubing.
