1971 GPO Philatelic Section Receipt & Stamps

15th February 1971 Receipt from the Philatelic Section of the GPO for the following items: 1 x FDC of the Full Set (15) of new decimal value stamps. 6 x 4p mint stamps - also the new decimal value. The FDC would probably have been unaddressed as the Receipt also includes a "Postage & Registration" charge. **Also included are possibly 5 of the original six 4p stamps mentioned on the Receipt PRICE: €10 incl. Postage. Payment via PayPal*, Revolut or COD. (*Buyer must include PayPal fees if 'Family & Friends' is NOT used).
