The stamp was produced for use on The Cavan & Leitrim Railway (now defunct - although there is a heritage group near Dromod, Co. Leitrim) to convey letters through it's network. The stamps were used between the 1890s and 1920s (approx.) Condition: MINT Unhinged (MUH) Corner Stamp - still has the margin on two sides Perf. rough on 1 side - There is a small bit of spot toning on the rear but all in margin.
