Safe environment for small children.   Restaurants, hotels, pubs and shops including large supermarket only five minutes' walk from the house.   Beaches and cliffs within touching distance (almost!) and a children's playground near entrance gates.a   World renowned Ballybunion Golf Links just ten minutes' drive away - an ideal base for golfers to also visit Tralee, Killarney and Adare golf clubs, (note: possible availability for the Masters 2027). Doonbeg and Lahinch golf courses are just a short distance from the Tarbert/Killimer ferry.   Ballybunion provides stunning surfing waves, seaweed baths, soft sandy beaches, dolphin displays, cliff walks, bird sanctuaries, gourmet dining (& fast food too), great pubs & entertainment, all with the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, Loop Head & the Shannon Estuary.   Ideal also as a base from which to explore the Wild Atlantic Way & the Ring of Kerry.   Not available for stag/hen/house parties.
