Great house for families . House is located in central Co.Waterford near the Comeragh mountains. Our farmhouse is located at the end of a leafy country road. Over 200 years old ,the house was recently renovated to a high standard. Main bedroom with standard double bed, 2nd larger bedroom with 2 small double beds extra single bed and travel cot available on request . The holiday rental is on the ground floor, 1st floor is vacant with no access to guests. Sheets and towels are provided , kitchen stocked with all utensils, air fryer dishwasher, washing machine, double oven and microwave available, ample fire wood provided for wood burning stove. One bathroom with electric shower and a comfortable living and kitchen area fitted with all amenities. Smart TV 52 inch with Netflix and Amazon prime, high speed WiFi also available. There is lots of outside space, the house is located next to the farm yard but no access to farm area allowed for safety reasons Our location is what makes the house really special, we look directly on to the Comeragh mountains and are less than 5 minutes drive from the starting point for Kilclooney woods walk and Coumingshaun lake walks. We are about 10 minutes drive to Crough woods, Mahon falls and Waterford green way. Bunmahon, Stadbally and Clonea strand beaches are 20 minutes away. Our 2 local villages Clonea Power and Rathgormack both have local shops and great pubs with music midweek and weekends, local taxi available to get you home!! Dungarvan, kilmacthomas and Carrick on suir are all 10 to 20 minutes drive Discount available for weekly rental.
