8yr old TB gelding

Experienced rider required for this horse. Roman is an 8yr old gelding, after racing he has more so been used as a riding horse for the last 3yrs to accompany pony while my nieces were learning to ride. Great horse to jump ditches , banks and flys. He has hunted with the Killinick harriers on numerous occasions, and done 3 or 4 hunter trials and well accustomed to the beach and crashing waves. Extremely easy to handle on the ground and very lovable nature. There was very little done with him since he came off the track 3yrs ago just a getup and go horse could really benefit from a bit of flatwork and regular work but he is most certainly NOT a beginners horse. Roman can be very strong when around other horses once broken into a canter. Quiet in traffic with lorries, tractors etc. Easy to shoe (farrier has never needed anyone holding him).
