QQI Level 4 Certification in Horsemanship Are you interested in working in the horse industry in Ireland or abroad? Looking to upskill, re-train or get on to the employment ladder? Sligo's National Learning Network runs a fantastic hands-on course with industry based work experience and lots of yard based learning! On completion of the course students are well equipped to further their equine education, eg. with a QQI Level 5 or the BHS stages exams; or to seek employment with the backing of work experience, references and certification, in the horse industry. We provide training for, transport to and fees for the BHS Ride Safe exam. This course is open to anyone aged 16 and above who meets National Learning Network entry requirements. Students keep their social welfare payments and may also be entitled to extra allowances. We currently have space available on the course on a first come, first served basis.
