Smart allrounder/hunter/eventer

Buddy is a 16.2/3 ID x TB gelding by Dunbeggan Grey Mist out of a Crosstown Dancer x TB mare. He is 6 yrs old. He's a sporty/lightweight type. Buddy has hunted all season with the Louth Hunt, jumping, wire, drains/ditches, walls, gates, hedges. Clever, brave horse. Good with hounds. He has a great temperament and is very sane and sensible. Buddy has also been to several shows, working hunter, dressage and a couple of arena events and hunter trials. He's still a bit green on the flat and at shows but his flatwork is coming on very nicely. Happily jumping 80cm tracks with scope for 1m10 in time. He's great over coloured poles and XC fences. He has plenty of scope and ability, would be a great potential for the eventing grass roots. Great engine and covers the ground. He hacks out alone and in company, good to shoe, box and clip. Really well behaved at shows, calm and relaxed in the warm up, does get hot or bothered. Will stand Happily in the box between classes. Based Co Meath 🇮🇪🇮🇪 Serious enquiries only.
