Room to rent

Room to Let in Beaumont Woods - available 1st of March Double room, suitable for one person only, with private en-suite bathroom, sharing with the house owner. The monthly rent is €1,000 and is payable on 1st of each month. A deposit of one month’s rent is also required which will be fully refunded at the end of the lease (subject to no damage to the property). So this means that two months’ rent is payable in the first month. Rent includes all utilities and full use of kitchen facilities, but does not include duvet, pillows, bed linen or towels. The agreement is subject to a one year rolling lease. A minimum notice period of two months’ would be required should either party wish to terminate the lease.
