Vilamoura Apartment-May Consider Swap

Vilamoura, Portugal Large 1 bed (Sleeps 6) 5 min walk to marina for sale and mortgage can be arranged. I have had this apt for 6/7 years and have a rating of 9.2 out of 10 on booking.com(https://www.booking.com/hotel/pt/fab-apt-4-mins)-you can also read the reviews on the link which are excellent. You can see the living room is very large with 2 double sofa beds in the picture. Lovely balcony although many units near the marina do not have outdoor space. I have been using it 4/5 months a year and only renting 2 to 3 months and the income has been paying the costs for the full year including mortgage. Weekly rates in summer around €900/€1,000 pw. Off peak €600 pw Taxes on rental income are low and work out at around 10% of total rents pa. Excellent accountant around €200 pa. Management fees including insurance €10pw. Mortgage interest rates are lower than Ireland and mortgages are easier to secure. I have a short term lets licence called an AL which goes with the property-they have said no more of these will be issued in Portugal as they have the exact same shortage of units for long term let as we have here in Ireland. I am selling as I cannot get over at the moment due to commitments at home. Location is fantastic, 5 min walk to marina, 8 mins to beach and next door to restaurants, 3 mins to Spar. Would consider swap for a property in Galway/Limerick/Athlone
