Antique Cartier Fox Stick Pin Tie Pin Lapel Pin

A beautiful and and very special gold stick or tie pin made by Cartier in the form of a fox’s head. The head is realistically carved with beautiful detail with textured gold finish. The lovely fox’s face has a lovely whimsical expression. This handsome piece was mage around the turn of the century circa 1900/1910. The pin is full hallmarked with the French assay mark for 18ct gold and signed ‘Cartier Paris’ on the pin and with serial number to the back of the head. The pin measures 7cm in length and comes with a later safety button on the ends an extra. The head has a lovely weight and weighs 7g The pin comes in the original box we found it in beautiful deep red leather. Will make a stunning lapel or tie pin.
