Bechstein upright piano - Restored

A fine example of the popular Model 9 upright from one of the best manufacturers in the world, Carl Bechstein. This instrument was manufactured in 1926, during the best production period of these pianos, and is later than most other Bechsteins in existence, due to the fact that the popularity of German built pianos diminished slightly after 1914..... The mahogany case has been repolished, and all the brasswork cleaned. The original 85 note ivory keyboard has been restored too. Internally, the action has been restored too, with refaced hammer heads, new repetition springs and tapes among the work carried out.
