Very rare art cased antique upright grand piano in a rich burr walnut case by Schiedmayer. This piano displayed various, exceptional hand crafted and unique features to create a beautiful instrument that would fit into any home. Strong sounding upright the tonal registers are distinct and sublime while the bass is deep and resonant. The mid range meets this with clarity and durability for an overall distinct sound. The touch is responsive, accurate, and immediate. Completely rebuilt in Poland 2 years ago with new hammers, felts, tapes, bushings, new strings, pins, and dampers. Finished off with a full frame polishing and hand buffed brass work. This is a fantastic instrument and a piece of art and is in as new condition.
