A variety of kitchen units with solid oak frames and doors, manufactured by Country Kitchens in Ballymore Eustace. It comprises of a tall feature unit which houses a Siemens integrated fridge and freezer (included in the sale) and a double sink unit with space for an integrated dishwasher (matching door panel included in the sale) There is also a range of wall units and display cabinets (as shown in the photos) along with 38mm laminated worktop with oak wood edgeing and pilasters for the above units and a solid oak window pelmet and coving for all the cabinets. Also available is an Island unit measuring 1340 x 1700 complete with 38mm laminate oak edged wortop with a lowered (800 high) food prep area 670 x 970 which is made from solid oak and an overhead hanging canopy with downlighters. All the above units are contained in a kitchen area that measures 5.15 length x3.87mtrs wide. Also included is a set of utility room units incorporating a sink unit, Hotpoint washing machine (included) and tall laundry cupboard along with overhead wall units. The area measures 3.4 length x 1760 mtrs wide. The entirety, which has now been removed and is available for collection, is offered for quick sale, for €3500 for the entire lot. This price is not negotiable. Viewing in situ is no longer possible but by arrangement, the cabinets can be inspected prior to sale.
