Kitchen

This is a solid walnut kitchen fitted when house was built in 2011. It was purchased from and fitted by Dillons Kitchens in Ashbourne. It was sprayed in 2018. Units were sprayed in crown Milk Parlour and island was sprayed in crown ink well. The island work top is quartz and the other countertops are granite as per pictures. There is an American style Samsung fridge freezer that was purchased in 2021/2022 which is in perfect working order and still under warranty. Aga is NOT included. There is a full larder press with lights and door storage, pull out shelves in corner unit, under sink bin system, wine rack over fridge and wine cooler in the island( not working but I haven’t friend to get it fixed or replaced) light fitting above Island are Laura Ashley and are included with kitchen as are stools. I will sell all or parts of kitchen as requested. Kitchen available from March but could be available sooner if required. I am happy to negotiate with buyer but will be looking for at least €2000 as granite and fridge value far exceed that amount. Buyer will have need to be able to remove and transport kitchen themselves and take all responsibility for removing.
