Mazzer Super Jolly SSP single dose coffee grinder

For sale is a Mazzer Super Jolly 64mm coffee grinder with specialised Daniel Wong single dose mod, anti-popcorn hopper, removable bellows, and additional extra long grinding adjustment rods to make it super effective for home use. With the right workflow, I’ve achieved >0.1g of retention! Originally bought from a cafe who used it as a decaf grinder, this machine hasn’t seen much use. I removed the hopper and doser, and did a deep clean. Then converted it into an on-demand single dose grinder through the addition of the Daniel Wong kit, and the 3d printed anti-popcorning hopper. I reduced retention through a file and polish of the grind chamber and burr carrier, and filled a gap beside the upper burr carrier with a custom made part and o-ring. Finally I added additional extra long adjustment knobs, and cleaned and greased the adjustment collar for improved control. I have used this over the last three years with a Rancilio Silvia and may filter devices, but it would be equally effective with any PID controlled home machine, Breville / Sage, Lelit, Gaggia, Profitec, ECM, Decent, Bezzera, Ascaso, Apex / Turin / MiiCoffee, La Marzocco. As an optional extra I can add and align SSP MP burrs for €150 extra
