This laptop is a genuine laptop used in house by staff @ HP Galway. This laptop was upgraded in house by the Galway City Branch of Hp , The in-house techs team employed @ HP were ordered to upgrade all laptops in house with the best available hardware for that time . The upgrades were to include the following : **Ram 8Gb to the fastest read / write speed at the time available. **Ssd NvMe: this has also been swapped out to a substantial faster module Gen 3.0 to latest nvme standards , NvMe Ssd is a 256Gb module, it was upgraded to a faster read / write speed than orignal module fitted. **Operating System came with windows 7 pro ultimate edition. All our computers were wiped by our professional in house technical team to Windows 10 Pro x 64 bit & can be further updated free if charge to Microsoft Windows 11, We have not done so due to grown concerns with already known flawed security issues & bugs currently with Microsoft Windows 11 to date , we only use a stable and safe operating system in house. Security ; we used in house security here at HP Galway , we have no uninstalled this completly as it would be a security threat to HP allowing it out the public .
