Slurryquip 1200m and 800m Reelers Sizes available: • 800-meter capacity • 1200-meter capacity All Slurryquip's reelers feature interchangeable drop-out bobbins. This design gives operators using an umbilical system the ability to perform all their reeling from the front with better visibility. Giving them the ability to use the rear section for unwinding and storage purposes. There are 4 reelers versions: • Standard 800m – Suitable for front and back reeling • RRR Pivoting Reeler 800m – (Steering reeler) suitable for front reeling • Standard – 1200m – Suitable for front and back reeling • RRR Pivoting Reeler 1200m - (Steering reeler) suitable for front reeling There are only 2 types of bobbins 800m & 1200m. A standard 800m bobbin is completely interchangeable with any type of Slurryquip 800m reeler. A standard 1200m bobbin is completely interchangeable with any type of Slurryquip 1200m reeler. With the patented RRR Pivoting Reeler, users can remain stationary while reeling in drag hose, thanks to its unique pivoting mechanism. This reeler significantly minimizes wheel marks, reduces soil compaction, and enhances safety. Operators can conveniently manage the hose without the need to move the tractor, leading to improved efficiency and ease of use. The pivoting reeler is a new design but is proving to be a popular choice for handing lay flat hose/drag hose.
