Mobile home 28x10

28x10 Fiesta Double Glazed windows (look like they were newly installed) 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom I don't know the year. Can only fit a certain amount of pictures here so please message for more and a video of both inside and out. In two rooms the floor is damaged (large room it's just around the left bedside press and the small room next to it towards the back due to the outside panel at the top placed incorrectly so water got in which has now been fixed (last pic) the walls however are not damp, floors were covered in carpets when purchased, a few other small holes which can be filled/fixed. Water heater and cooker installed in 2020 (documents included) 1 double bed & 2 singles in good condition( these are in storage so viewers can see the floors) Kitchen/living area/furniture all in great condition I only have this 2 months looking to sell due to a change of living situation. Open to offers as buyer will need to sort transport.
