Mobile home/ex horse lorry/airbnb opportunity

1991 Mercedes 814 Camper. Converted horse lorry. Sleeps about 6. Its been used as a spare room/ office for the last couple of years. Very cosy and easy to heat. Batteries are dead so it will need new ones, I borrowed batteries to test it and it started up straight up away, but it has been parked up a while, so it will likely need mechanical attention if you plan on driving it. It's on the books as a camper so cheap to tax and insure. 7.5 tonne so you will need to have a C licence to drive. Fully insulated, wood stove. Warmer and more solid than a mobile home, never had any damp either. Compost toilet. Sink, 3 way fridge, oven ( they were brand new when I got it but I never used them, so I can't say how well they're working). 2 small windows in the back back room will need replacing, or just some replacement perspex put in the frames. Windows for horse lorrys are standard sizes and easy to get, I just never got round to it.
