Purchased new in October 2022 for duration of self build which is now complete. Ideal, easily portable 23ftx10ft modular with solid fuel stove, water heater and kitchen all fitted. Can be hooked up to generator or mains/temporary supply via internal fuse board. Added since purchase: solid fuel stove, fitted kitchen, fridge, water heater, pump, shower, bathroom sink - all included in sale. There is no conventional toilet fitted as we used an incinerating toilet for the duration. Water is in the bathroom and fibre cement floor means one could easily be added should you choose. Manufacturers spec: 50mm insulated walls, 125mm insulated roof, insulated door & two double glazed windows, galvanised roof chassis, galvanised floor chassis, sandwich wall pane, skirting boards, side skirting on each corner, 1 inch fibre cement floor with Lino finish, built in gutter on roof, door drip over door, 4 lifting eyes, 4 double sockets, fuse board, 2 inside lights, 1 outside light. Must organise own transport.
