It is on wheels - Under 25 square meters Dimensions are 7.5 m length x 2.6m wide x 4.1m Height Hook Hitch - Drawbar for a Tractor - Wheels are Haybale Chassis Wheels. A tractor will move it into specific location - but will need a low loader lorry to move any distance. We used a low loader to move it 7 hours on regular Irish roads. Comes with fridge, oven, hob, extractor fan, eco efficient radiator and black out blinds. Double glazed windows - 100mm Kingspan insulation (very well insulated) Now has glass shower doors and curtain rails around kitchen enclosing cabinet space. Very warm and cosy. Extremely well insulated - west coast of Ireland living! We used rain water for all water needs. Compost toilet (but can be fitted with flushing toilet / caravan style toilet) We had it plugged into electrical mains - but can be fitted with solar panels. Any more info needed feel free to message
