2023 Husqvarna Norden 901 Expedition - NI Reg!

I recently purchased a used motorbike, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. I first saw the motorbike online and submitted an enquiry, and James Anderson promptly got back to me. He even included a personalized video message showcasing the bike, which was a really thoughtful and unique touch. The end-to-end process was smooth and professional. From receiving detailed information via email and phone to visiting the shop for a test ride, everything was handled seamlessly. Closing the deal, organizing the paperwork, and finally collecting the motorbike were all stress-free steps. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision, which I truly appreciated. Didn’t know what I was after , MT09 was my go to, until I walked in and saw the Z900RS. James Anderson was a gentleman, patient, knowledgeable and being an experienced rider himself asked all the right questions to find out what I ultimately wanted in a bike. It took some deliberation, and plenty of back and forth, where James’ patience was much appreciated. In the end the deal was done and the Z900RS has a new home. James was able to advise me on a new helmet and other gear and together with Alex finalised the paperwork and accommodation around a suitable pick up date. Outstanding, personable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.
