Moto4U - All the Red Flags in 1 day.  How to spot a failing business duo to lack of interest and investment. -- Moto4U -- prime example.
Over charging, No real mechanics, No customer care or service, No interest in making a sale, in a shop??. ( watched 4 people walk in looking to buy or get work done, weather they new it or not, and then walk out empty handed no sale? ) But why would you when your over charging the customer you already have in.( Well tried to anyway ) No business plan or structure that I could see.
No response, reply ; quotations for future work ( money ) as requested. ( No sale ?? )
Chain lube spray can,  used as axle grease ( rear axal ) in the smallest possible amount.
Swopping out customer parts for cheaper ones. Gave them black Brembo rear brake pads now have blue trash brake pads on bike. Rear wheel not repositioned ( moved forward for new chain and sprockets )
little to no adjustment now for new chain.  No copper grease used for brakes front or back. No brake test done after fitting all
new pads. I asked did you test the brakes, and was told they where ok. Keep in mind the bike has not moved??
Bike handed straight back.( This is really dangerous )
Its sad to see what was a nice bike shop run into the ground like this. Everything in the shop has a thick layer of dust and dirt on it.
Shop looks like a earthquake happened 5 years ago and no one cleaned it up. Just added to it.
Watched pretend mechanic ponder to a classic tyre kicker/time waster . -- While real customers looking to buy - spend money -
walked away.. --
No real sale's experience . No real mechanical experience.
D.I.Y experts get people seriously hurt. Cheap labour is just that.
This is not everything I saw in real time.
Just so you know I am an x car salesman and mechanical fitter.
So I do now what I am taking about..
It would not take that much to turn it around, real shame..
I think a new set of eyes on the problem. With experience in running a small business. Would be advised as currently its not if its when. Hope you have public liability .
Think before you bring or buy a bike here....

--- To Owners response -- You have a shaved head and a small goatee. you drive a 4x4. I will not name the make and model. I was talking to you outside your shop. Your mechanic on the day brown skin lad doesn't sound Irish, not very good at his job.

Your shop has been there as long as I can remember.
Instead of stonewalling,  Why not take the advice.
I know your shop was good at one point that's why I brought my bike to you. again --  words of advice -- .pull your socks up man,
we are all bikers here.

would be a great place to start. You don't have to sell only bikes.
I have built up several businesses over the years and understand the responsibilities and commitments that come with it. Its easy to get side tracked.
Wood you like me to bring the bike back to you. You can see the chain and brake pads for yourself. I do not want to load photos on to google as they will be there forever. Its your shop.
I am not looking to have a dig at you. I am only stating my experience at moto4u.
Again, easily fixed for a really small outlay and some time.
I would prefer to help, then cause any problems.

Traumatized, my bike wouldn't start and they changed a bunch of things that didn't make sense. The only thing that made sense was that they put the battery on charge so it would start working again, and it still hadn't started working again when he touched the battery cables and the bike started working again when I went to pay. Surprisingly, they told me they only pay for one hour of work, I thought it was good when I went to pay €85, I'll never go back to that place.
