From calling in late one Thursday evening at closing time to look at a Tenere and James explaining the model differences and running through options for me and to Alex for completing the deal, getting my extras fitted in time for handover and having the bike ready. Didn’t know what I was after , MT09 was my go to, until I walked in and saw the Z900RS. James Anderson was a gentleman, patient, knowledgeable and being an experienced rider himself asked all the right questions to find out what I ultimately wanted in a bike. It took some deliberation, and plenty of back and forth, where James’ patience was much appreciated. In the end the deal was done and the Z900RS has a new home. James was able to advise me on a new helmet and other gear and together with Alex finalised the paperwork and accommodation around a suitable pick up date. Outstanding, personable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Went in to Charles hurts Yamaha yesterday to go and buy panniers for my bike. Before going to parts I walk through the showroom and seen I bike that stood out to me. I was approached by a lovey sales executive James Anderson and chatted for abit and got a quotation that appealed to me. He then passed me to Alex who deals with the finance. I left a very happy customer and was dealt with in a very professional manner by both James and Alex two great guys and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking a new motorcycle.
