I bought a bike from Charles Hurst Yamaha and the salesman James Anderson was more than helpful with the buying off the bike, and i was very with the deal i got for my bike against the new bike i bought, James even went to the trouble of helping me get someone to leave the bike home by van, and when i told him i had a very little problem with the bike he put me on to his manager Debbie right away. Who may i say was more than willing to help get it sorted out, which she did with a local dealer and he fixed it no problem for me and i had my bike home the same day, i have no problem buying from Charles Hurst again, thank you both James and Debbie from Charles Hurst Yamaha.
