Great service and attention to detail from Seamus and the Service team there. I had a bike that had been in storage, low-mileage and they gave it a health check, found a few things even I had not spotted. Highly recommend them. Just bought a new bike from them (June 2023). Great help from Donal. Just bought another bike from Donal and Charles. Lifelong ambition to own a Honda Gold Wing came true today. Thanks!

Had a great experience buying a nearly new Duke 890R off the lads. I wasn't sure initially if I wanted the GP or the R model and they had no issues accommodating a back to back test ride on each of them. It was totally relaxed. I left it for a couple days and came back to do a another test ride on the R before putting a deposit down and again, they accommodated me with no complaints. After putting my deposit down I needed a couple weeks to sell my bike privately. They didn't pressure me once during this period and I felt totally comfortable taking as long as I needed. As soon as I was ready to go they pulled out all the stops on extremely short notice to get the bike through its first service and ready for me to collect before the bank holiday weekend. Huge shout out to the whole team and especially to Donal for accommodating me every step of the way and going the extra mile to get me out the door, happy out on my new bike!

I had an incredibly poor experience at M50/Two Wheels Motorcycles, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their service. When I purchased a motorcycle from them, they used an outdated address they had on file despite me providing my current address. This resulted in my logbook being sent to the wrong location. When I contacted M50 to resolve this, they dismissed my concern, instructing me to contact the motor tax office myself. This forced me to visit my old address and request the new occupants to check for the logbook—a major inconvenience that should have been handled by M50. A major issue occurred when I brought my bike in for a service involving valve clearances. I drove from Two Wheels to the city centre and noticed a severe coolant leak. I contacted the service department and provided them with a video of the leak. Despite the evident severity of the issue, I was asked to drive the bike back. Concerned about potential engine damage, I refused. They then suggested I call my insurance to have the bike towed, as their van wouldn't be available until the following day, and I would be unavailable that day for them to take the bike. I reluctantly agreed, only to find out my insurance company couldn’t tow the bike until after they (Two Wheels) closed. I decided to inspect the bike myself, looking for obvious issues like a stone strike or a cracked pipe. To my shock, I discovered that the radiator cap had not been tightened—a clear case of human error. Additionally, some of the fairing bolts were improperly placed. I informed Two Wheels about these errors, and to their credit, they offered to take the bike back for a thorough inspection. Due to my work schedule, I provided specific dates for when I could receive the bike back, expecting to have it before my vacation. However, the bike was not returned on time due to staff shortages at Two Wheels. I then provided new dates but once again, no one was available to deliver the bike. Ultimately, I had to spend money on a taxi to retrieve the bike myself. By this point, my patience had worn thin. The multiple mistakes could have led to severe engine damage or, worse, a catastrophic accident if the rear wheel had slid on coolant while riding. I formally complained to both the service manager and his superior, only to receive a tepid apology and a vague promise to "sort me out on the next service." There was no offer of a partial refund for my wasted time, the taxi fare, or the undue hassle I endured. The cost for all of this subpar service was a staggering amount. Given this experience, I am entirely dissuaded from purchasing another KTM, especially as long as Two Wheels remains the sole KTM dealer in Dublin. I will not be returning for any future services.
