Fantastic service that matches the quality of the bikes they sell. Had an issue with my recently purchased r1250gsa. I dropped in without a booking to get it looked at. Lukas in the service department couldn’t have been more helpful. They took the bike in straight away, had a loan bike to get to work and the bike back fixed in the afternoon. Clear explanation of the issue when I picked the bike up. A very nice touch was getting the bike back cleaned. Thanks a million Lukas 👍 I bought the bike from Patrick in Joe Duffy, an absolute gentleman who gave great advice and made the trade in process simple and stress free. Joe Duffy Motorrad get top marks from me, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Staff were very helpful, what a range of bikes, absolutely beautiful machines ! Used and brand new bikes inside, also a small range of riding or race gear would have been cool to see more of this but obviously this is not their main trade! Some helemts , racing leathers , tops and trousers .Prices are reasonable for a dealership but BMW is an expensive brand for a reason, as is with motorbikes. Will definitely be back in the future hopefully for a purchase.

Had a booking to take the gs1300 for a ride had been looking forward to it for a couple weeks till I got there and the bike wasn't available. Was in for a service or something. That was cool so I said I'd like to take the RS or something similar seeing as I was there and I made sure my day was clear when I made the booking the other day and I didn't want to leave totally empty handed. He then said to me "well now we can't just let you ride any bike at any time". So I said, apparently you can't get a bike even if one makes a booking. He told me to hang tight, grab a coffee and would give me a call once it was available. Long story short, went to Dublin Harley Davidson to wait. I didn't have an appointment and got a ride in at the drop of a hat. Way friendlier than the BMW staff and now I'm saving up for an HD. By the way.... I'm still waiting for the call.
