From calling in late one Thursday evening at closing time to look at a Tenere and James explaining the model differences and running through options for me and to Alex for completing the deal, getting my extras fitted in time for handover and having the bike ready. I bought a bike from Charles Hurst Yamaha and the salesman James Anderson was more than helpful with the buying off the bike, and i was very with the deal i got for my bike against the new bike i bought, James even went to the trouble of helping me get someone to leave the bike home by van, and when i told him i had a very little problem with the bike he put me on to his manager Debbie right away. Who may i say was more than willing to help get it sorted out, which she did with a local dealer and he fixed it no problem for me and i had my bike home the same day, i have no problem buying from Charles Hurst again, thank you both James and Debbie from Charles Hurst Yamaha.
