Honda CBF500 ABS 2007

Please text first before calling. This bike is easy to get insured for A2/A license holders. Bike is mechanically good, but cosmetically it could use some TLC. I adjusted the price accordingly. I will be completely honest about the motorbike condition, so read below; The good bits & extras: • Custom exhaust system - Hawk Exhausts - Sounds and pops nicely • Oxford heated grips • Quadlock Wireless charger with vibration dampener • Underglow LED strips - Wired into harness, turns with the bike, has integrated indicators - I also wired an easily accessible kill switch for it if you need it. (Will be removed if potential buyer wants it gone) • 2 sets of keys. • As this bike was imported in 2019 by a precious order, I have MOT history and ferry receipts included • Chain and sprockets done less than 1000km ago (Front sprocket size has been changed from 15 to 14 teeth) • Motorbike has recently been through a major service - Oil changed, oil filter changed, new spark plugs, carbs balanced, shims/valve clearances done & new brake pads. Needs nothing to start and go for a long spin. • Michelin Road 6 - Amazing tyres - 80% front, 60% rear The bad bits: • Early during my riding career the bike was dropped, and the temp sensor in the radiator stopped working, meaning the radiator fan doesn't switch on automatically. A manual switch has been wired to the handlebars and has worked for almost entirety of my riding career. Just switch it on when riding in the city and forget about it :) • Cracked front mudguard fairing on one side • Rear fairing was drilled into by previous owner. • The engine aluminium mount on the crankshaft casing has cracked. This apparently is a common issue on CB models but the engine seems to be rock solid and still mounted sound. I've contacted a welder to take a look at it but I'll drop the price if I can't fix it myself. Bike is sold as is, so please view it before purchasing - No test rides without cash in hand.
