Great service and attention to detail from Seamus and the Service team there. I had a bike that had been in storage, low-mileage and they gave it a health check, found a few things even I had not spotted. Highly recommend them. Just bought a new bike from them (June 2023). Had a great experience buying a nearly new Duke 890R off the lads. I wasn't sure initially if I wanted the GP or the R model and they had no issues accommodating a back to back test ride on each of them. It was totally relaxed. I left it for a couple days and came back to do a another test ride on the R before putting a deposit down and again, they accommodated me with no complaints. After putting my deposit down I needed a couple weeks to sell my bike privately. They didn't pressure me once during this period and I felt totally comfortable taking as long as I needed. As soon as I was ready to go they pulled out all the stops on extremely short notice to get the bike through its first service and ready for me to collect before the bank holiday weekend. Huge shout out to the whole team and especially to Donal for accommodating me every step of the way and going the extra mile to get me out the door, happy out on my new bike!
