From calling in late one Thursday evening at closing time to look at a Tenere and James explaining the model differences and running through options for me and to Alex for completing the deal, getting my extras fitted in time for handover and having the bike ready. Very helpful and never left second guessing also kept well informed and options laid out clear. He also managed to get me a great deal on a bike with few extras included.
