Bought a bike off this man 1 year ago promised the tax book plus service history for bike.as I'm from south I need a book to vrt bike. When he deliver bike said forgot book an will post. cant be sold or insured in south. given excuse after excuse. Still nothin as off this week .he low balled me nearly 1000 less wat I paid for the bike. End off day the bike was bought off a dealer who told me he would post full book to me.
