Very disappointed - 6.5 hours wait for simple oil change.

I bought T7 (Tenere 700) from them in 2022 from new.
First service after 600 km was ok (at least I think it was).
I did my research about T7 maintenance, read manual, watched videos ….
After 2nd service 2000 km I checked tire pressure (both tires overinflated) had to deflate to 36 on the back and 32 on the front. Pivot points (break and clutch levers, side stand, pegs had heavy blue grease on top of them- only superficially (but not in them where it matters). On the chain some heavy white grease (like butter), that would probably attract some dirt and sand (I had to degrease chain and use a proper chain lube).
Today was the 3rd service (6000 km).
I received a phone call From Bikeworld that I am due for my next service, that there is free spot at 9am Saturday – I agreed and arrived at 9 am from Kildare. I asked how long it would take to do the service – answer was1.5 – 2. 0 hours.
I was told to wait for a phone call when the bike will be ready. Went for coffee, then to Woodies, coffee again ……it’s 12.00 and no phone call.
Had to go again (in all gear) to numerous shops, just to spend my time while my bike is just in for simple oil change.
Finally at 15.40 a phone call - your bike is ready. All sweaty and tired I returned to Bikeworld.
No sorry or anything, that I had to wait for more than 6.5 hours for simple oil change ( and they added some break fluid)
And again tires overinflated and some superficial blue grease on some pivot points – and not in them! For only 180 euro!
What a shame!

This motorcycle was designed specifically with touring in mind and features an up-right seating position, with a seat height of 800 mm, allowing the rider to be seated relatively low compared to the overall height of the motorcycle. The motorcycle also features mounts on either sides of the tank, which can serve as holders for jerrycans, as well as tank guards. The rear includes a luggage carrier, and mounts are also provided as well to install aluminium panniers, both provided by Royal Enfield as accessories.
