Buying a Vehicle

I recently purchased a used car from New to You and I would definitely recommend buying from this garage. The experience from start to finish was stress free and I always felt comfortable when dealing with Phillip. Having previously having bad experiences with buying a used car, this was a breath of fresh air and restored my faith in car sales businesses. Thanks again Phillip I’m delighted with my car.

Highly recommend the guys for used cars, with fair prices and warranty’s. I traded in an 08 Astra for a 142 Astra GTC a few months ago and have loved my new car. From the start, Phil was a pleasure to deal with, open for negotiations and we both were happy with the deal we settled on. I did recently have some engine trouble (unforeseen trouble) but with the warranty New to you offer I was sorted out extremely quick. Within 3 days the problem was diagnosed, part ordered, replaced and fixed all seamlessly and extremely fast. Honest and fair company to deal.

I bought a Polo from “New to you cars”   In July 22.
After a lot off shopping around in bigger garages, I found a car I really wanted and the price was 2k cheaper than what the others wanted for same year and car.
I had it looked at by a mechanic and the car is in excellent condition with very little mileage.
Phil,  who sold me the car goes above and beyond for customers.
Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Absolute sham of a company don't buy anything off them Phillip is the lads name in there my dad 64 years old bought a car off him gearbox went still In warranty wouldn't answer phone calls off him I rang answered told me business was finishing up so didn't ans phone calls didn't even have the decency to ans and yell him that spineless clown . Then I went in 3 weeks later still trading as normal . Now won't ans any phone calls or text forced to go to guards and solicitor.  STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS

I bought a car there in January, honestly quite in a rush as we just had our second baby prematurely.
Shortly after bringing the car home, I realized all the windows control inside the car were not working.
I texted Phillip, who told me to bring the car back so he would get the part and get it fixed in the garage where his lot is.
Two days after, i get a text saying the car was fixed.
Once there, it turns out the car wasn't brought to the garage but he had managed to fix it himself by using carburator cleaner between the controls.
The window on the drivers side went down and up once and then stopped working. So Phillip sprayed a handful bit of carburator cleaner, which ultimately didn't fix the issue.
We agreed that I'd take the spare part (which looked really used and was missing buttons) to a garage and he'd take care of it.
In the meantime, the car smelt of carburator cleaner for weeks despite us cleaning, which is obviously not great for the respiratory system of a newborn.
I the dropped the car to be fixed. The garage said the window controls provided was not suitable and replaced it with a new one. The garage then called Phillip who refused to pay the bill, so we had to pay the 250€ for the window controls on the driver side.
The other 3 window controls don't work to this day, neither does the A/C along with other faults.
Highly recommend not going, dishonest salesperson.
