YAMAHA XTZ660 Tenere 3YF 1999

99 Yamaha XTZ660 Tenere 3YF, registered January 1999, one of the last original 5 valve Teneres to leave Iwata. Imported from Germany originally. Custom fitted Givi Monokey side boxes, spent a lot of time and money to get those for this model. Shad top box Heated grips Touring windscreen (tall, cost over 100). New Dominator stainless steel exhaust. Has original Yamaha tool kit. Serviced in July with new oil and air filter, NGK iridium spark plug, Motul 5100 10w40 oil. I got front and back bearings for it, amd I sourced the service (414 pages) and user manuals. Tax 11/24. Handles so nicely it makes every other bike I've ridden feel like a cow. Sounds fantastic when above 3k rpm. Selling it because I now have the full A license and another bike. Selling for cheap because of age and mileage, it has a dent on the tank and scratches and because the engine doesn't run perfectly (the idle jumps up to 2.5k from 1.4k when the engine warms up, and it seems to be burning a lot of oil) and I don't have the spare time or knowledge to investigate or repair Been a great bike for me Open to offers Prefer texts, cannot always answer calls due to work May swap/PX for a Saab or Subaru, small motorbike or side by side
