CTM HS - 890 Scooter

CTM HS - 890 Mobility Scooter was running perfectly up to a couple of weeks ago and just stopped all of a sudden. The lights, horn, indicators and flashers are all still working the man I bought it from said there were 2 nearly new batteries in it and I paid €950 for it second hand less than a year ago. There’s nothing major wrong with it because it tries to go but just won’t go maybe someone who’s mechanical minded would know and be able to get it going it can’t be anything major wrong. I’m asking for €300 that’s less than what I paid for it or nearest offer because it’s not running or will sell for parts if interested send me a text.
