Description M&M Meats Processing Plant And Abattoir located in Bailieborough We offer a deep freezing service (home freezing), We also provide service of customers' own animals and adjustments their own needs, i.e. bone-in, boneless, cut to size, packaging and labeling. All carcasses are kept in temperature-controlled refrigerators for one to two weeks. They are then prepared on the day of collection in order to guaranteed freshness. Sane as with our own animals, customers' animals will be examined by our vet on the slaughter day and again after slaughter. The carcass will then be inspected by our quality control team and then tracked and record in the HACCP approved system.. We work with all types of carcasses - beef, lamb, pork, meat.
