FURLONG EQUIPMENT SERVICES LTD. IS BASED IN STRADBALLY, CO. LAOIS, IRELAND WHERE THE FURLONG FAMILY HAS BEEN FARMING FOR FOUR GENERATIONS.

Furlong Equipment is a family owned and operated company established in January 2017. We started out marketing the Claydon Drill in Ireland as we saw such an interest from our existing contracting business with people initially asking us to source Claydon and then other agricultural equipment. We quickly learned there was a need for quality used farm machinery which later stemmed on to providing new agricultural equipment.

Our own experience through the last 20 years in arable agriculture in Ireland and Europe means that we can offer personalised advice to farmers on the right piece of equipment to do jobs more efficiently and cost-effectively.  

Furlong Equipment are now main agents in Ireland for SAM Self-propelled Sprayers, Claydon Direct Seed Drills and Hexagon Agriculture Onboard Controllers as well as stocking a range of used agricultural machinery and sourcing equipment outside of our main products on a case-by-case basis. In addition, our Foamstream Ireland division is main importer and distributor of Foamstream, the leading glyphosate-free solution for weed control, in Ireland.

We’ve thought a lot about how to make sure we consistently deliver the best service to our clients and determined that before and after-sales service can often be more important than the equipment itself. 

We provide a person-delivered service with full product training to make sure you know how to use and maintain the equipment to ensure it performs at its best.  

Our after-sales service is at the core of our business and what we have built our reputation on; we offer phone support, full parts, service and diagnostic for all equipment we sell both new and used. If you want to trade in equipment in the future, we accept trade-ins across the full range of our new and used machinery.
